With the launch of the MODX Ambassador program, the interest in sharing knowledge and meeting other MODXers is growing and spawning meet-ups in local communities all over the globe. I am receiving requests daily to help Ambassadors promote and raise awareness for their MODX meet-ups and I gladly want to help out any way possible.
Here are some of the upcoming meet-ups happening in the next few weeks:
- Tuesday, February 19—Amsterdam, NL at Softlayer including a tour of the SoftLayer and organized by Mark Hamstra, Bert Oost, Gauke Pieter Sietzema, and Jeroen Kenters.
- Saturday, February 23—Munich, Germany at Valucon Apps and organized by Ben Davis
- Tuesday February 26, 2013—Newbury, UK at British Red Cross and organized by Helen Warner.
In the past 5 weeks, meet-ups were held in Denver, Dublin, and London. I am also aware of meet-ups brewing in Cologne, Germany; Nashville, Tennessee; Portland, Oregon; Copenhagen, Denmark; Bangkok, Thailand; and more I can't remember.
