Keep Neither the first nor the last time that Getty has tried to resell a clearly expired copyright image. --GRuban (talk) 16:01, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
Keep, as the user above said, the fact that the source is a fan club postcard with an expired copyright is well documented. If Getty is offering the same image for sale, they're simple selling a public domain image. No worries for Wikipedia. Fish Man (talk) 17:05, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
Comment While the DR discussion is ongoing, this (colored) revision should be hidden from public, if not deleted, because it's very different from other revisions. The faces and postures are different. George Ho (talk) 01:32, 18 January 2019 (UTC)
Keep. Nothing new to add – users GRuban and Fish Man have covered the relevant points (fan club postcard with an expired copyright; Getty's strategy of claiming a public domain image), and I think the image's inclusion in Commons is fully justified. JG66 (talk) 05:31, 18 January 2019 (UTC)
Kept: per discussion, colored version deleted. --Sealle (talk) 03:22, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
